Lol same, she wasn't very welcoming, "Your two hours early" WTF! And the quickest tour of the house, if I were a maid, I would rather do the tour than the cleaning etc..

Wouldent Tom still be a bit of a young man, he looks kinda older in that painting...? Ive never read the novel so i dont know...
