Depending on how much you need to prep, it may or may not be as mny cotton balls per pair of shoes. The number I used was for a project like this. wait a sec? you took all the wax off the entire shoe.. so you only painted the black and gold.. do you need to put anything else on to protect the white or the parts you didnt paint?
