ya, i agree. cheap gadgets and pills are worthless and will only lead to dissapointment and failure. Ya, i am a lightweight, i box, wrestle, football and basketball with pure muscle but at a pretty short size of 5' 5"

Like I said Americans are living the spoiled lifestyle. If your friend was able to naturally lose weight then she'll reap the rewards of hard work and the lack of desirable foods. Unfortunately,a large portion of Americans don't think this way. They rather take shortcuts with the Double 1/4lb with cheese and a large fudge sundae. of course, americans secondary lifestyle combined with their eating habits is very dangerous to their health and even mentally, one of my friends(girl) weighed 180 pounds at 5'7" and exersized and stopped eating fast food and is now 115 pounds and she is happier and healthier than ever, i weigh only 110.

Of course not every American is fat. But a significant amount still is fat. That's because many of us are spoiled compared to the rest of the world. Think about the people that do successfully lose weight. A large portion of that crowd pays a doctor to get rid of the fat and it makes them look like they worked hard to get rid of the fat when they really just payed someone else to do it for them. Right?
