i think the "Rumsfeld Doctrine" when fighting insurgencies is a great idea. heres why: the decision making process of a given terrorist/insurgency cell is 3 days. that means from the time a plan is created to the time its "executed" 3 days passes. that means you have 3 days average to find out about it. This "Rumsfeld Doctrine" is a slimming down of the forces to combat that threat: fewer forces means a faster decision making process.

Blackwater is probably one of the best PMCs I've seen, I'm in the US Navy as a Officer (O-2) I have seen our VIPs (HVTs for Worldwide Terrorists) guarded by many Blackwater Contracters cause US couldnt spare one squad to help defend him, what if BW wasnt there? and the Terrorist knew that (Terrorists in Iraq are mostly muslim not Iraqi in fallujah worldwide terrorists came) they would overrun the VIP and capture/torture or kill him/her! Get your facts straight stop complaining they are awesome.
