he said in his book "the dead emcee scrolls" that it's mostly about tupac and biggie's death, and the reaction to it.

I suggest looking up "Coded Language" online and looking at the Lyrics. It is hard to explain just on here. The first paragraph, i believe he is speaking about music and the past, how they are connected to the present. "the velocity of the spinning vinyl" would suggest he is talking about records that were once used to play recorded sound, that are now used to create beats by DJs.I cannot fit much more into the text box, haha. he spoke some gibberish and then he started naming black peoples last names, 4 little girls, nagasaki, hiroshima, then more last names... what do you mean you odnt understand it?
