My EIKI SSL-OL 16mm Sound Projecter
A good friend gave me this 16mm projecter, it is an EIKI SSL-OL sound movie projecter.Years ago I had an old B&H model 156 1940's vintage 16mm sound projecter that was in a wooden case and of course had vacuum tubes. On that old projecter I had rebuilt the amp and restored the projecter. But I got rid of it several years ago along with all the 16mm movies I had. This one is much more modern and is solad state, I would have to guess it was made in the 70's or early 80's..

Hi Bill, this projector is a real jewel of electronics, I remained surprised by the condition of conservation that has, the truth very few ones this way, even with the manual! Take care of it very much and congratulations, regards my friend.....Fernando

@umajunkcollector @umajunkcollector, I am on a fixed income, but when I get some extra cash I will have to check eBay.Yes I would like to see that video of your B&H when you get it done.Bill

I hate meeces to peices! You can get most parts on ebay, bulbs are cheap too on there, considering what they cost back then. I have a B&H Filmosound, and plan to post some of my vids on it too. There are many really good 16mm sound films on ebay, just about anything. I saw Our Mr Sun (Bell Labs school film) go for 175$! But most film are around 10$-40$. I like the cartoons. I want some Deputy Dawg and Litttle Rascals, and old school films. I plan to get a projection TV too = Fun stuff!
