My favourite cook! I was just wondering how this dish was made and there it is...she made it look so easy and it's looks amazing. I can almost smell it. Thank you very much! I shall be making pots of it tmrw...if only I can find somewhere that's sells asafetida.

if you dont have basen just make without it. Basen adds to the flavor.
