You cant hear his "voice", he enunciates the hard syllables. If you watch his other video called "A Throat and Mouth Thing" He explains what hes doing. You're hearing him pronounce sounds like T's and K's. And yeah, the real song is playing as well, but the point is hes singing along a cheezy part to this song.
