It's the fastest, but not the hardest. The arguably hardest sections in GH are: Jordan solo B+C, TTFAF Bridge 1 and Twin Solo, DWDTG Victory Solo K+R, One FSA, and a few Soothsayer Solo's. RB (1 and 2) arguably hardest sections go to either Afterlife Solo D (E? Not sure, i don't have the game, it's the Red Snake lookalike) and the Constant Motion solo.

the red snake is a really hard section of ttfaf, probably the hardest section of he history of guitar hero. the notes are about 26.6 notes per second on full speed
