I actually prefer 3, for one it doesn't just throw you into the game, Fallout 1 had no instruction to it you just started outside the vault unarmed of course some people would figure out you had a gun stashed away in an inventory. Fallout 3 as well keeps up a good pace Fallout 1 and 2 stop and go a lot. Personally I prefer 3.

Iam level 16 and the damn Sniper Rifle always misses. Good thing i have Fawkes :D

you shouldn't take them head on, even if you have a low sneak, be really cautious, take out a good sniper rifle (or lincoln's repeater) and just give them a good taste of lead with a sneak attack. otherwise you get a companion.:P

Yea i know and i understand its realistic but it gets annoying sometimes when you have a Super Mutant Master in front of you

that's what happens when you actually fire a gun. there is a possibility of not hitting your target sometimes.

Looks a bit like Starcraft, but the relation to diablo probably explains that.

Well Iam a FPS player and I enjoyed Fallout 3. I like Fallout 1 too but for me is different. I have personal care for FPS. And The V.A.T.S. system is awesome ! the only problem i have is that when you shot sometimes the shots dont land thats all.
