Angura is like old Kagrra,. They dress up in old Japanese garb, like kimonos and such. You're thinking of eroguro, like MUCC and Merry. :] They wear loads of smeared black make-up and suits. It's darker.

Angura Kei is just a subgenre of Visual Kei, so they're pretty much VK ^^

Its hard to say, butBasically its different from "Visual" Keibecause they dont do all that crazy stuff with their hair, its rather simple compared to those other bands, and rather than putting on all that make up, they smear their make up kind of like (im not sure of these following bands) Slipknot with their smeared make up or something. Also its the type of music they play.
