Thanks to the obscene amount of money that these "Christians" poured into prop 8, they succeeded in stripping away over 1000 rights and protections from these people. Why are they pouring salt in their wounds? Is this what Jesus would do?

Well, their religion is why gays have been killed for over a millenium, including, burnings, rape, and the Holocaust.Getting moved from the Castro couldn't have been that bad, in comparison.
