Macworld Boston 1997-Full Version


 
   


By request, here is the full version of the 1997 Boston Macworld expo where we see Steve Jobs for the first time since returning to work for Apple after being gone since 1985. This was a very historic time for Apple because they were almost bankrupt at the time, so Steve announces a temporary partnership with Microsoft to a very hostile crowd. Bill Gates also makes an appearance.

Well you have to admit that Apple was in the shitter in 97 and Steve Jobs did a great job in getting Apple back into a viable company.

i'm not a fanboy, i just hate apple and their craptacular macs. talk to my customers like this? what? you mean telling them macs suck? of course i do

I've been reading your posts to this video, and it's very clear to me that you are a total fanboy. You really own your own store?! I hope you don't talk to your customers like the way you do here.

*facepalms* they're the same hardware except macs can only use certain hardware where as pcs can use anything which 100% of the time means pcs have the more advanced hardware since they get it on release

I find that Apple's hardware works well with their software (OSX), I've found from time to time that hardware and drivers are sometimes of poor quality with PCs

we'll leave it at i disagree with your methods of exposing "stupidity". i hope you do realize however that you can't make a convincing argument when calling another person stupid, it just doesn't work. you just end up making people roll their eyes (myself included) and shrug you off as just another pc fanboy

or maybe it's the truth and some people are so incredibly stupid you need to make a word to define them, and if you haven't heard those two than i don't know where you've been. probably out calling people idiots than saying you're mature
