its Not Out On The 19th, No1 Has A Exact Date, Not Even Playstation Themselves. Eventually It Will Come Out, Its In Beta Testing Version Right Now, So Its Beeing Tested, I Can Not wait For It, It Is Going To Make The Ps3 OutMatch Other Consoles.

Playstation Themselves Send Out The Code Via Email For The Beta Version.. Only Some Playstation Users Who Play 10 Hours Daily Can Use The Beta Version, It Wont Be Long Now Tho, Thier Goin To Have Version 1.0.0 Out Very Soon, Thier Just Fixing Bugs / Glitches.
